The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure Engineering team. This role is essential to our mission, as you will help deliver the secure, scalable, and resilient solutions that power our entire organization. You will be part of a collaborative group focused on building shared services across four key pillars: product enablement, resiliency and availability, security, and user tooling. A day in the life

• Design and deploy scalable infrastructure on AWS by utilizing infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform to manage compute, storage, and networking.
• Collaborate across engineering, security, and product teams to build shared services and ensure our systems remain reliable and secure.
• Innovate on our CI/CD pipelines and internal tooling to drive efficiency and improve our overall development processes.

Who you are

You are a seasoned engineer with a deep understanding of cloud environments and a passion for building robust systems. You communicate effectively in English and thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented culture. Your background includes:

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Terraform.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Go or Python.
• Experience working with GitLab and managing automated CI/CD pipelines.
• A solid grasp of networking, compute, and storage principles within cloud-based architectures.
• A growth mindset that values continuous learning, mentorship, and the ability to balance technical depth with business goals.
