About the Role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join us on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be a vital part of our engineering team, taking ownership of the seamless deployment, integration, and maintenance of our software systems. You will work across both cloud and on-premises environments to ensure our infrastructure is secure, scalable, and highly performant. By leveraging automation, you will help us streamline our infrastructure changes and improve overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reproduce complex errors, develop comprehensive test cases, and ensure stable, reliable deployments to production.
• Collaborate closely with our backend team to analyze high-latency services and drive continuous improvements to both our infrastructure and service architecture.
• Manage database performance optimization and ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations for all our services.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should possess a strong background in both backend development and DevOps engineering, with a total of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• A deep understanding of backend code with a proven ability to identify and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks.
• Extensive experience in troubleshooting applications and conducting performance analysis.
• Practical, hands-on experience operating Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in at least two programming languages, specifically Python and Rust.
• Solid experience working with cloud services such as AWS.
• A strong grasp of microservices architecture and core computer science fundamentals.
• The ability to communicate effectively in both Korean and English.
