The opportunity

We are looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to join our team in India on a full-time basis. In this hybrid role, you will be the driving force behind our cloud infrastructure strategy. You will take ownership of designing and maintaining scalable, secure solutions that power our platform. By bridging the gap between development and operations, you will ensure our systems are resilient and our deployment processes are seamless, directly contributing to our goal of making software safer for everyone.

A day in the life

• You will architect and manage our AWS infrastructure, using Terraform to automate deployments and maintain high standards for security and efficiency.
• You will oversee our containerized environments by managing Kubernetes clusters on EKS and optimizing our use of ECS to support our microservices architecture.
• You will build and maintain robust observability systems using CloudWatch, Prometheus, and Grafana to ensure our platform remains performant and reliable at all times.

Who you are

You are a seasoned engineer who thrives in complex cloud environments and enjoys solving difficult technical challenges. You have a deep understanding of infrastructure as code and container orchestration, and you communicate effectively in English to collaborate with our global teams.

• You possess significant hands-on experience with AWS services, ideally backed by an Architect-level certification.
• You are highly proficient in Terraform for infrastructure automation and have a strong grasp of Kubernetes and ECS.
• You have a solid background in monitoring tools like CloudWatch and are comfortable using scripting languages such as Python or Bash to streamline workflows.
• You bring a collaborative mindset and a commitment to best practices in security and configuration management.
