About the Role
This is a full-time position for a Senior DevOps Engineer with a specific focus on AI exposure. You will play a critical role in ensuring our systems remain stable, performant, and efficient while integrating cutting-edge AI and machine learning workflows into our existing infrastructure. You will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing collaborative office time with the flexibility of working from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain high-performance CI/CD pipelines specifically tailored to support our complex AI and machine learning workflows.
- Oversee our containerization and orchestration strategies by leveraging Docker and Kubernetes to ensure seamless deployment.
- Implement comprehensive observability and monitoring solutions for distributed AI agents to maintain system health and security across AWS and Azure environments.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should be a seasoned professional with a strong engineering mindset and a proven track record in cloud-native environments. We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Extensive experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
- Deep technical proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD practices.
- A solid understanding of observability, security, and cloud-native architecture.
- The ability to evaluate and integrate LLM-based tools to improve overall engineering productivity.
- Excellent communication skills in English to drive AI adoption and promote best practices across our cross-functional teams.
Location
This position is based in Switzerland. Please note that this is a hybrid role, and you will be expected to be in the office two days per week.
