Role at a glance

This is a full-time, senior-level position based in Lithuania. We operate under a hybrid work model, allowing you to balance your time between our office and your home environment.

Your impact

• Take ownership of our Kubernetes platform by building and maintaining Helm charts, standardizing deployment patterns, and ensuring the security and scalability of our services.
• Design and evolve our GitLab CI/CD pipelines to improve developer experience, reliability, and speed through best practices like feature flags and automated testing.
• Establish robust observability frameworks using Elasticsearch and Prometheus to turn logs and metrics into actionable insights and proactive alerts.

What you'll need

We are looking for someone with deep technical expertise and a passion for continuous improvement. You should be comfortable working in English and possess the following:

• Extensive professional experience as a DevOps Engineer, specifically managing production systems in AWS.
• Strong proficiency in Kubernetes, Helm, and GitLab pipelines.
• Undeniable Linux skills, including solid knowledge of networking, web servers, and Bash scripting.
• A strong documentation mindset, as you will be responsible for creating runbooks and architecture guides that keep our systems sustainable.
• Bonus points if you have experience with MySQL at scale, PHP, or implementing security practices like OWASP guidelines.
• A genuine curiosity for researching new tools and technologies to solve complex infrastructure challenges.
