The opportunity
As our new DevOps Engineer you will own the heartbeat of our cloud environment. Your work will keep our Kubernetes clusters healthy on AWS, speed up every release through rock-solid CI/CD pipelines, and give our data and AI teams the stable foundation they need to experiment and deliver. In short, you will help us scale a platform that already serves global clients while staying true to our promise of long-term partnerships and honest collaboration.
A day in the life
- You design and tune Kubernetes clusters on Amazon EKS, write Terraform and Ansible code to spin up new environments in minutes, and keep everything running smoothly on Linux.
- You build and refine CI/CD pipelines so that every code change flows safely from commit to production, then you watch the dashboards in Prometheus and Grafana to catch issues before our users do.
- You partner with developers and data scientists to troubleshoot live incidents, tighten security controls across AWS services, and share what you learn in team demos and pair sessions.
Who you are
You bring solid hands-on experience running Kubernetes in production on AWS and feel confident scripting in Bash or Python to automate everyday tasks. You have already used Terraform and Ansible to manage real infrastructure, and you know your way around core AWS services such as EC2, RDS, S3 and IAM. Familiarity with Docker, Linux system administration, and monitoring stacks like ELK, Prometheus or Grafana is important, while any exposure to service meshes or AWS certifications is a welcome bonus. You communicate clearly, enjoy solving puzzles with colleagues across three continents, and you are comfortable working fully remotely in English.
