About the Role
We are seeking a Mid-Level DevOps Engineer for a Full Time position. In this role, you will collaborate with our engineering teams to design, deploy, and maintain high-availability infrastructure. You will be responsible for managing the tools that support our development lifecycle, mentoring junior team members, and upholding our commitment to rigorous healthcare security standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our engineering team to plan and deploy robust, high-availability infrastructure solutions.
- Implement and manage essential development tools, including monitoring, alerting, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.
- Automate the software release process, including compilation, testing, and packaging, while identifying new technologies to improve our overall development efficiency.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience managing cloud infrastructure, with a strong preference for AWS.
- Proven technical expertise in Linux system administration, Docker, Kubernetes, and log aggregation.
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Chef, or Puppet.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language and experience working with monitoring systems.
- A passion for mentoring others and a desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
Location
This position is fully Remote and can be performed from anywhere.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary range for this role is $130,000 to $145,000. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
