What you bring

We are looking for a Mid-Level DevOps Engineer to join our team on a Full Time basis. This role is fully remote, allowing you to contribute from anywhere in the world. You will work closely with our engineering and operations staff to build and optimize our development and QA environments while helping design the cloud-based architecture for our next generation of products. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines for our microservice-based architecture.
• Managing and optimizing web applications built with Java and the Spring Framework.
• Utilizing tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS to ensure our infrastructure remains scalable and reliable.

Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in computer science, evidenced by a BS or MS degree or equivalent experience. You should have at least three years of software development experience, with a minimum of one year specifically in a DevOps capacity. We value candidates who have a deep understanding of networking, containerization, and cloud services. Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, Jenkins, CodeBuild, Maven, Gradle, and GitHub is highly beneficial. Beyond your technical skills, you must be an excellent communicator capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders in English.
