DevOps Engineer at Swish Analytics

What you bring

In this full-time, 100% remote role, you will be a key player in our engineering efforts. You will leverage your expertise in software engineering, Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, CI/CD, Python, Go, Docker, Helm, DevSecOps, and Machine Learning to support our infrastructure. Your primary responsibilities will include the following:

• Developing and maintaining large-scale Kubernetes clusters specifically optimized for demanding machine learning workloads.
• Collaborating directly with our data science and engineering teams to automate, scale, and optimize infrastructure using modern CI/CD practices.
• Ensuring the reliability of our services by monitoring systems, responding to incidents, and maintaining our service level objectives.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who brings at least four years of experience in DevOps or DevSecOps, particularly within AWS environments using tools like EKS, EC2, and RDS. You should have a strong background in managing distributed systems and containerization, along with at least two years of professional experience in Python or Go. A deep understanding of networking, storage, and security is essential, as is a history of managing customer-facing systems in a 24/7 environment. We value candidates who have worked with machine learning pipelines and possess a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Proficiency in English is required for this position.

What we offer

We provide a competitive base salary ranging from $80,000 to $140,000. In addition to our collaborative culture, we offer the following benefits:
