DevOps Engineer at 360Learning

With $240 million in funding and a dedicated team of over 400 people across the US and EMEA, we are looking for a passionate Senior DevOps Engineer to help us scale our infrastructure as we continue to expand our reach.

The opportunity

You will join a tight-knit group of five DevOps professionals who are responsible for the backbone of our SaaS product. Your work will directly support 30,000 daily active users, ensuring that our infrastructure remains robust, scalable, and secure. You will serve as a bridge between our various engineering squads, including Architecture, AI, Data, and Development teams, to streamline our delivery processes. This role is perfect for someone who wants to take ownership of complex projects, explore SRE practices, and help us build a world-class platform that can handle our rapid international growth.

A day in the life

• You will design and maintain our Azure Cloud infrastructure, using Terraform and Ansible to automate provisioning and ensure our systems are highly available.
• You will collaborate with developers to simplify deployment workflows, provide actionable metrics, and ensure that all environments meet our high standards for performance and security.
• You will participate in the evolution of our platform by managing incidents, conducting post-mortems, and contributing to on-call rotations to keep our services running smoothly for our global customer base.

Who you are

You are a seasoned engineer with at least 3 years of experience in DevOps or a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced SaaS environment. You are comfortable running production systems and have a strong grasp of networking, security, and system administration. You possess a solid coding background and a genuine passion for automation. Because we operate as a global team, you are proficient in both English and French. You are comfortable working with our core stack, which includes Kubernetes, Datadog, and Azure, and you are eager to share your knowledge while learning from others.
