About the Role
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join us on a full-time basis. In this mid-level role, you will focus on scaling our SaaS platform to ensure our customers receive an exceptional experience. You will be responsible for the automation, monitoring, and creation of cloud infrastructure while collaborating with our product teams to deliver high-quality projects. You will have the opportunity to engage in architecture design across AWS and Azure environments while managing massive data ingestion pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with developers to build effective analysis and production automation tools.
- Manage, monitor, scale, and troubleshoot our distributed, highly available, and customer-facing software stack.
- Utilize and manage a wide range of services across both AWS and Azure platforms.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer within a high-throughput, business-critical SaaS environment.
- Extensive hands-on experience working with AWS and Azure cloud services.
- Deep knowledge of containerized environments and microservices using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to work as a team player.
