Key outcomes
- Lead projects using Scrum methodology and Agile practices to ensure efficient delivery.
- Oversee Amazon Web Services architecture and manage complex cloud environments.
- Maintain high standards for RDBMS performance and implement robust infrastructure monitoring.
- Enforce rigorous server management and security protocols to protect our systems.
- Guide development standards and maintain high-quality processes across multi-tier architectures.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, task mapping, scheduling, and progress reporting.
- Deliver results effectively while navigating tight project deadlines.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the technology sector.
- Deep technical expertise in AWS and infrastructure monitoring.
- Strong proficiency in server security and management.
- Proven leadership abilities with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Superior communication and reporting capabilities.
- A self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to teamwork.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Practical exposure to PHP development.
- The ability to join our team on an accelerated timeline.
