About the Role
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our technical evolution, helping us refine our platform while having the space to grow your own expertise. This is a hybrid position where you will play a central role in shaping the systems that support our mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of our AWS infrastructure by defining and maintaining best practices and optimizing our CI/CD pipelines.
- Enhance our system security and cloud security posture through a data-driven approach to tool selection and process improvement.
- Act as a mentor for other team members while providing technical support for infrastructure projects, Identity and Access Management, and Google Workspace administration.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience working in DevOps, Platform, or Infrastructure engineering roles.
- Deep technical proficiency with AWS and a strong background in cloud security and network design.
- Proven ability to manage infrastructure as code using Terraform and Ansible.
- Solid experience in system administration and the ability to balance multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- A proactive problem-solving mindset focused on improving the developer experience and removing technical obstacles.
Location
This role is based in Germany, with our office located in the heart of Berlin.
