The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our global team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will be a key player in maintaining the backbone of our crypto payment ecosystem. You will work closely with our development, security, and compliance teams to ensure our infrastructure remains scalable, secure, and highly available as we continue to expand our reach and transaction volume.

A day in the life

• Manage and troubleshoot our complex, large-scale distributed software systems to ensure peak performance.
• Design and maintain secure, container-based infrastructure using tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
• Automate our software delivery life cycle by building and refining robust CI/CD pipelines.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience in DevOps. You thrive in environments that demand high security and reliability, and you have a deep technical toolkit that allows you to solve problems independently. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:

• Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and Terraform.
• Strong proficiency in AWS cloud solutions and Linux system administration.
• Experience with observability stacks, such as Prometheus.
• Scripting and development skills using Python and Bash.
• A solid understanding of data engineering and streaming concepts.
• Fluency in both English and Russian, as you will be collaborating with an international team.

Bonus points if you have experience with ClickHouse or Kafka.
