The opportunity

We are seeking a solution-oriented Senior DevOps Engineer to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be a key player in managing our core systems, ranging from our fintech applications and SaaS products to our complex CI/CD pipelines. You will be instrumental in driving our automation efforts, enhancing site reliability, and strengthening our information security posture as we continue to scale.

A day in the life

• You will design and implement automated workflows that empower our engineers to manage their own infrastructure and deployment needs independently.
• You will partner closely with our CTO to build cutting-edge, cloud-native solutions that ensure our platform remains highly available and scalable.
• You will proactively identify and mitigate security risks by performing assessments and developing robust strategies to protect our users and their data.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with a passion for solving complex technical challenges in a fast-paced environment. You have a strong background in modern infrastructure and a desire to take ownership of your work. Your qualifications include:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with deployment systems, containerization, monitoring, and alerting.
• Proficiency with major cloud providers, with a strong preference for AWS.
• Practical experience utilizing Docker or Kubernetes.
• Fluency in English and a collaborative spirit that thrives in a small team setting.
• A background in building SaaS or fintech products is considered a significant advantage.
