About the Role

This is a full-time position for a Senior DevOps Engineer. In this role, you will act as a key driver of our technological strategy by managing cloud deployments, infrastructure, and automation. You will work to shorten development cycles and improve the quality of our releases, ensuring that our infrastructure remains robust and scalable for the over 1,500 organizations that rely on our software.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Azure DevOps pipelines to support continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration within the Azure cloud environment using Infrastructure as Code.
• Lead security compliance initiatives, including SOC 2 audits, and oversee vulnerability management and system monitoring to ensure high performance and security.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is eager to solve problems and adapt to new technologies. Your background should include:

• At least 3 years of software development experience and 2 years of dedicated DevOps experience.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
• Strong expertise in the Azure DevOps ecosystem and Azure Cloud services.
• A solid understanding of CI/CD principles and Infrastructure as Code methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across development and management teams.
