At Growe we build and operate the cloud platforms that power fast, secure, and reliable iGaming experiences for players worldwide, and we are looking for someone who enjoys turning complex infrastructure challenges into dependable, automated systems.
The opportunity
As our new DevOps engineer you will own the reliability and scalability of the environments that support our growing product suite. Your work will directly influence how quickly new features reach players and how resilient our services remain under real-world load. You will join a fully remote team that values clear communication, shared ownership, and continuous improvement.
A day in the life
- Designing and applying infrastructure changes with Terraform, then validating them through automated GitLab CI pipelines so every environment stays reproducible and secure.
- Tuning Kubernetes workloads on AWS EKS, adjusting Helm charts, and rolling out cluster add-ons such as KEDA or Karpenter to keep services responsive and cost-efficient.
- Reviewing dashboards in Grafana and VictoriaMetrics, responding to alerts through PagerDuty when needed, and writing the scripts or playbooks that prevent the same issue from happening again.
Who you are
You bring at least three years of hands-on experience in a DevOps, SRE, or similar role and feel confident managing production workloads on AWS. You have built infrastructure as code with Terraform and Terragrunt, orchestrated deployments through GitLab CI, FluxCD, or Argo Rollouts, and containerized services with Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with monitoring stacks, Cloudflare services, and scripting in Python or Bash helps you move quickly when issues arise. Strong problem-solving skills, comfort working across teams, and clear written communication round out the profile we seek. AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, or Helm certifications are welcome but not required.
