About the Role
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be a key player in designing and managing our cloud infrastructure, ensuring that our platform remains secure, scalable, and highly performant as we continue to support our growing list of enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage a wide range of AWS services, including EKS, RDS, and Lambda, while prioritizing system security and performance.
- Build and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment of Ruby applications.
- Collaborate closely with our development team to support the scaling of Ruby on Rails applications within our AWS environment.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should bring the following qualifications and experience:
- Three to five years of professional experience in a DevOps role with a strong focus on AWS and Ruby.
- Hands-on experience managing AWS services and implementing best practices for cloud security and cost optimization.
- Proficiency in deploying and troubleshooting Ruby on Rails applications.
- Experience using infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Strong skills in containerization with Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes or EKS.
- Ability to write automation scripts in languages such as Ruby, Bash, or GoLang.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Datadog, New Relic, or Prometheus to ensure high system reliability.
- A solid understanding of Git and modern CI/CD workflows.

This position is based in Pakistan and follows a hybrid work model.
