The role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team in Tel Aviv on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a vital role for someone who wants to take ownership of complex infrastructure and help us build the systems that support our expanding insurance platform. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where your technical decisions directly impact our ability to deliver secure and reliable services to our clients.

Core responsibilities

• Design and execute complex software delivery systems while collaborating with our Data Team to build robust infrastructure as code.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD processes specifically tailored for our data lakes, pipelines, and ETL workflows.
• Automate our entire stack, ranging from large-scale deployment pipelines to small utilities that improve our daily operations.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 4 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer and a strong desire to solve challenging technical problems. We require the following qualifications:

• Professional experience writing code in Python.
• Proven expertise managing production environments at scale using at least one major cloud provider, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Deep proficiency in Infrastructure as Code, with a specific requirement for Terraform.
• Experience with modern CI/CD techniques and GitOps methodologies.
• An independent and creative mindset with strong debugging skills.
• Familiarity with Serverless architectures and data components like Glue, Sagemaker, EMR, or Lambda is considered a significant advantage.
