The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Engineering team. You will report directly to our VP of Engineering and play a vital role in building the data products our customers rely on to analyze their employment pipelines. This is a full-time, remote position that offers you the chance to shape our infrastructure while working alongside a collaborative, global team.

A day in the life

• You will actively maintain and improve our AWS cloud infrastructure to ensure our systems remain robust and scalable.
• You will focus on identifying manual bottlenecks and automating processes to streamline our operations.
• You will design and manage comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to keep our services running smoothly.

Who you are

You are a seasoned engineer with at least five years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or backend roles. You have a strong grasp of AWS, including optimizing security groups for least privilege access, and you are comfortable working with Terraform for automation. Your technical toolkit includes Docker and ECS, and you have a solid understanding of SQL and relational database systems. Because we are a global team, you must be highly proficient in English and able to work a schedule that overlaps with the US East Coast workday. You should also have reliable home internet access and the legal right to work in your country of residence.
