At Galvanick, we are building the next generation of threat detection platforms specifically designed for the industrial world. Our mission is to secure the operational technologies that power critical infrastructure, including SCADA and industrial control systems. By aggregating telemetry from industrial assets into our cloud-native analysis platform, we provide security practitioners with the continuous monitoring and context they need to distinguish between normal operations and malicious activity. The role
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site role based in Seattle, where you will be instrumental in building the internal tooling and pipelines that drive our product development. You will focus on enhancing the developer experience and enabling faster iteration cycles through smart automation and efficient infrastructure management.
Core responsibilities
- Design and maintain internal tools that boost the overall efficiency and productivity of our engineering organization.
- Implement robust automation and orchestration strategies to refine deployment pipelines and reduce manual overhead.
- Collaborate across teams to build streamlined workflows, monitor infrastructure performance, and proactively identify and resolve system bottlenecks.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong background in engineering and a passion for solving complex technical challenges. We look for the following qualifications:
- Proficiency in CI/CD automation, the software development lifecycle, and major cloud computing platforms.
- Experience managing IAM systems and implementing security frameworks, including RBAC and ABAC.
- Strong programming and scripting abilities, specifically with Python.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Compliance with US Government export regulations, specifically ITAR, is required for this position.
