Project Description

You will support the automated deployment and infrastructure operations of a complex, data-driven, enterprise-scale RPA platform. You’ll join a high-performing technical team that collaborates closely with DevSecOps, QA, and development teams to manage software releases, infrastructure-as-code (IaC), and system reliability. You will be responsible for automating deployment pipelines, maintaining cloud-native infrastructure, and monitoring system health in multi-tenant, high-availability environments.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with the DevSecOps team to develop and maintain automated deployment pipelines and infrastructure as code solutions;
• Support deployment and lifecycle management of product releases, hotfixes, and service packs across various environments;
• Improve the scalability, efficiency, and reliability of CI/CD and deployment processes;
• Build and support monitoring, logging, and alerting tools to ensure system health (VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, Alertmanager, ELK);
• Work with development and QA teams to troubleshoot deployment issues in complex distributed systems;
• Maintain and document deployment procedures, infrastructure architecture, and operational workflows;
• Stay updated with emerging tools and best practices in DevOps and cloud technologies;
• Ensure all work complies with corporate policies and operational standards;

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure automation role;
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS);
• Hands-on knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration;
• Scripting and automation skills using Python, Shell, or PowerShell;
• Proficiency with IaC tools like Terraform, Packer, and configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, or Chef);
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI);
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging systems (e.g., ELK, Grafana, Alertmanager);
• Understanding of networking and security infrastructure (firewalls, VPN, proxies);
• Experience supporting data pipelines and large-scale processing tools (e.g., NIFI, Flink, Hadoop);
• Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in fast-paced, production environments;
• Excellent team collaboration and communication skills;
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher (written and spoken);
