DevOps Engineer at Coherent Solutions

We are currently looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team in Moldova. As the market leader in contact center robotic process automation, we provide a patented platform that streamlines manual management tasks. Our technology is utilized across the finance, telecommunications, insurance, and healthcare sectors, facilitating over 1 billion automated actions every year and helping our customers achieve significant operational savings.

Key outcomes

• Collaborate with our DevSecOps team to design and maintain robust infrastructure as code solutions and automated deployment pipelines.
• Manage the lifecycle of product releases, including hotfixes and service packs, across various environments.
• Enhance the overall scalability, efficiency, and reliability of our CI/CD processes.
• Develop and support comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools like VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, Alertmanager, and the ELK stack.
• Partner with development and QA teams to resolve deployment challenges within our complex distributed systems.
• Create and maintain clear documentation for infrastructure architecture, deployment procedures, and operational workflows.
• Ensure all technical work aligns with our corporate policies and high operational standards.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure automation role.
• Hands-on experience managing cloud infrastructure within AWS.
• Strong proficiency with containerization and orchestration tools, specifically Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to script and automate tasks using Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
• Expertise in infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and Packer, alongside configuration management tools like Ansible.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipeline management using Jenkins.
• Experience working with monitoring and logging frameworks like ELK and Grafana.
• Familiarity with networking and security principles, including proxies, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Experience supporting large-scale data pipelines and processing tools such as NIFI, Flink, or Hadoop.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a high level of attention to detail when working in fast-paced production environments.
• Professional proficiency in English, at a B1 level or higher.
