DevOps Engineer at SplitMetrics

For nearly a decade, we have provided data-driven solutions that help top global brands like Skyscanner, Glovo, and Babbel navigate the complexities of app growth. As an official Apple Search Ads Partner and the first company to build a dedicated management platform for that ecosystem, we handle over $1 billion in ad spend. We are currently seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our Platform team on a full-time basis. You will work within an international environment, collaborating with colleagues across more than 20 countries to support our high-load infrastructure and innovative AI-integrated products.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of our multi-cloud infrastructure, with a primary focus on AWS, while managing environments across GCP and Digital Ocean.
• Maintain and evolve our Kubernetes clusters to ensure they meet the demands of our high-traffic, scalable systems.
• Enhance our existing CI/CD pipelines and define production monitoring metrics to ensure system reliability and security.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a DevOps or related IT role.
• Strong proficiency with Linux Systems and a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Kafka, and monitoring tools such as Grafana.
• Confidence working with both SQL databases like PostgreSQL and NoSQL solutions including DynamoDB, MongoDB, and Redis.
• A deep understanding of distributed systems principles, including availability, fault tolerance, and reliability.
