DevOps Engineer at InDebted

At InDebted, we are transforming the world of consumer debt by using machine learning and AI to create a more human, personalized collections experience. We are a rapidly growing, 50 million dollar revenue organization with a global team of over 300 people, and we are currently looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join us on a full-time, remote basis. This role is open to candidates across the USA, provided you are available to work during Pacific Time hours to ensure alignment with our teams in Sydney.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible to ensure our systems remain scalable and reliable.
• Manage and optimize our Windows-based Genesys Latitude application and SQL Server databases within the AWS environment.
• Develop and refine CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments and improve the efficiency of our software delivery processes.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who brings at least 5 years of experience in a DevOps role and a passion for high-velocity environments. To be successful, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Proven expertise in managing and automating Windows-based systems within AWS.
• Strong technical proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools, specifically Terraform and Ansible.
• Extensive experience administering MS SQL Server in cloud environments, including a focus on security and compliance.
• Comfort working within Agile frameworks and a desire to take full ownership of infrastructure projects from initial concept to final deployment.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, Python, or Go.
