About the Role
We are seeking a Mid-Level DevOps Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will focus on infrastructure as code to build robust tools that support our entire organization. We take pride in operating at a massive scale, and you will play a vital part in guiding our teams toward a stable, efficient, and secure technical future. You will be expected to read code and develop creative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain internal tools across various paradigms, including serverless and containerized environments.
- Improve our deployment processes by utilizing Terraform and GitHub Actions to streamline network and product management.
- Collaborate with development teams to debug cloud-related issues and provide design guidance to ensure our infrastructure remains fast and secure.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should have a strong foundation in cloud engineering and a collaborative mindset. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Between 3 and 5 years of professional experience.
- Proven ability to write Infrastructure as Code.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language.
- A genuine passion for cloud computing, combined with a curious attitude and a sharp eye for detail.
- The ability to engage effectively with multiple teams to solve technical problems.
While not required, it is a plus if you have experience with Python, TypeScript, serverless or containerized deployments, and cloud cost optimization, as well as familiarity with monitoring tools like Cloudwatch and Grafana.
Location
This position is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere.
