At Petvisor, we build the technology that helps veterinary clinics and pet service businesses deliver better care and stronger client relationships. Our family of brands powers tools used by more than 10,000 clinics, 400 grooming facilities, and over 20 million pet parents worldwide, and we continue to expand the reliability and reach of that platform every day.
The role
We are hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to join us full time in a fully remote capacity. In this position you will own the design, deployment, and day-to-day reliability of the cloud infrastructure that supports our suite of applications and services.
Core responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure that keeps our applications reliable, scalable, and secure.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that move code smoothly from development through testing and into production.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and automation solutions that reduce manual work and speed up incident response.
Skills and experience
You bring deep hands-on experience with core AWS services such as IAM, ALB/NLB, Route 53, RDS, EC2, and ECS/Fargate. You have supported production .NET applications running on .NET Framework, .NET Core, IIS, and Docker, and you have built CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Buildkite, or TeamCity. You are comfortable writing and maintaining infrastructure as code with Terraform or CloudFormation, and you have solid expertise working on Linux and Unix-based systems. Familiarity with containerization, networking, and configuration management is essential, along with a practical understanding of development, deployment, and security best practices. Experience with Windows environments, Azure, or AMI management tools such as Packer is helpful but not required. All work is conducted in English.
Compensation and benefits
The annual base salary range for this role is $132,000–$138,000 USD. In addition to competitive pay, we offer medical coverage for employees and dependents with 80–90% of premiums covered by Petvisor, an employer HSA contribution with HDHP, a 401(k) match up to 3.5%, and access to a Dependent Care FSA. Dental and vision coverage, basic life and AD&D insurance, and short- and long-term disability are also provided. You will receive flexible time off, 13 paid annual holidays, paid parental leave, and pawternity leave along with financial support for pet adoption and subsidized pet insurance. A $250 annual learning and development stipend supports ongoing growth, and the role is fully remote with flexible hours.

If this opportunity aligns with your experience and interests, we encourage you to apply. Our interview process follows a structured approach designed to give every candidate a consistent and fair experience, and we typically complete hiring within about two weeks. We look forward to learning more about how you can contribute to Petvisor’s mission.
