With over 20% of the Fortune 100 trusting us to ensure their systems remain compliant and available, we are looking for a self-motivated DevOps Engineer II to join our team in Romania. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in our Bucharest development center, where you will help us advance our platform features in vulnerability management, threat detection, and compliance automation.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our engineering, operations, and product management teams to design and build security-focused features that protect our customers.
- Enhance our CI/CD frameworks and software development lifecycle by integrating advanced security practices and modern architectural designs.
- Perform critical security tasks such as conducting platform assessments, executing penetration tests, and verifying vulnerabilities to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with at least one year of professional experience in both DevOps and cybersecurity. You should be comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong technical proficiency with AWS cloud services, Linux environments, and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform and managing CI/CD pipelines through Git and GitLab.
- A solid understanding of security practices, including SAST, DAST, threat modeling, and penetration testing frameworks.
- Programming skills in scripting or object-oriented languages such as Python or Bash.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to facilitate effective team collaboration.
