What is this role?

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer II to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position based on-site in Bengaluru, where you will be hired into our subsidiary, Amelia Global Services. You will play a vital role in maintaining our robust infrastructure and ensuring the reliability of the conversational AI platforms used by our enterprise clients across the globe.

What will you do?

• You will design and implement container orchestration solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
• You will manage infrastructure as code with Terraform and Ansible to ensure efficient provisioning.
• You will monitor system health and performance by utilizing Prometheus and other observability tools to maintain high availability.

What makes you a great fit?

To be successful in this role, you should have 3 to 5 years of experience in DevOps or system administration. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in RHEL-family Linux environments and has a strong grasp of networking concepts, including load balancers and HAProxy. You should be proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Java, Golang, or Bash. Additionally, we value hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, as well as database management using MySQL and Redis. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field is required, along with a track record of scaling applications in high-traffic production environments.
