We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. As a company operating at the intersection of Fintech and Healthcare, we are dedicated to modernizing medical workflows through innovative payment, factoring, and patient management solutions. Backed by prominent investors like Lakestar and Motive Partners, we are scaling rapidly and invite you to help shape our technical foundation during this exciting growth phase.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of our AWS infrastructure by defining and optimizing our CI/CD pipelines and operational best practices.
- Enhance our overall system security through a data-driven approach, while managing IAM, MDM, and Google Workspace administration.
- Act as a mentor for your colleagues, providing technical guidance and support on infrastructure-related challenges to help the entire team succeed.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in DevOps, Platform, or Infrastructure engineering roles.
- Deep technical expertise in AWS, including a strong grasp of cloud security and network design.
- Proven ability to write infrastructure as code using Terraform and Ansible.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while improving the developer experience.
- Professional proficiency in English to collaborate effectively within our team.
