We pride ourselves on our collaborative culture, where we learn and grow together while keeping our technical approach simple and effective. If you are an empathetic, humble team player who thrives on automation and quality, we would love for you to join our team.
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Consultant to join us on a full-time basis. This is a varied, highly technical position where you will act as a cloud-native, vendor-agnostic engineer. You will be empowered to solve complex problems, manage stakeholder expectations, and contribute to our internal communities. Please note that active SC Clearance is a mandatory requirement for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the response to technical outages by triaging issues, balancing stakeholder priorities, and maintaining clear communication across all involved parties.
- Design and implement robust continuous deployment solutions that enable our clients to deliver software with greater speed and efficiency.
- Partner closely with clients to understand their unique operational needs while maintaining a proactive enthusiasm for adopting new tools and technologies.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in DevOps engineering and software delivery. We value candidates who are comfortable with modern technology stacks and are committed to cloud-native practices. Because we operate as a consultancy, you must have excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate complex client environments with patience and inclusivity. You should be a collaborative team player who is eager to both teach others and continue your own professional development.
Location
This role is based in the United Kingdom and follows a hybrid work model. Your time will be split between our headquarters, hub locations, client sites, and your home, with travel expected based on the specific needs of your team and our clients.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is £65,000 to £78,000. In addition to your salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and professional growth, including:
- Flexible hours to help you manage your work-life balance.
- Generous paid time off.
- A dedicated learning budget to support your ongoing training.
- A supportive hybrid work environment.
