What you'll be doing
- You will design and implement the essential tools and processes required to scale our data pipelines, product features, and engineering organization.
- You will champion our CI/CD frameworks, focusing on improving deployment automation and overall platform reliability.
- You will serve as a mentor to the wider engineering team, evangelizing best practices and educating your colleagues on the operational tools you build.
What you'll bring
We are looking for someone with at least three years of experience in DevOps or internal tools development who is passionate about infrastructure and developer experience. You should be comfortable working in a remote, English-speaking environment and possess the following qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Python and a solid understanding of automation tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, and Terraform.
- Advanced knowledge of GCP and experience managing containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- A background in building robust CI/CD pipelines, managing release cycles, and working with observability systems like Prometheus or DataDog.
- Familiarity with Postgres or similar SQL databases, along with a security-first mindset regarding secrets management and compliance.
What you'll get
