About the Role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps and Infra Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be a key player in shaping both the technical and cultural direction of our engineering organization. You will work on high-impact, user-facing products, ensuring our infrastructure is robust and scalable as we continue to grow. This is a hands-on position where you will coordinate directly with our founders and ship code daily to support our ambitious product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with our product and sales teams to develop strategy and find effective technical solutions.
• Maintain high standards for code quality, API design, and strong typing across our systems.
• Create and document best practices to ensure our engineering processes remain scalable as the team expands.

Requirements

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in building and scaling systems. Your qualifications should include:

• At least 7 years of software engineering experience, ideally within a venture-backed startup environment.
• 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker, specifically with scaling infrastructure from the ground up.
• 3 to 4 years of experience focusing on infrastructure, tooling, and improving developer productivity.
• 1 to 2 years of experience working with JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Experience with Digital Ocean is considered a helpful asset.
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to learn new services quickly and execute projects with autonomy.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to manage projects from conception to completion.
