The role

We are seeking a Senior Developer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this position, you will collaborate closely with our strategy, design, and development experts to build world-class, interactive user experiences. You will be an integral part of a distributed group of professionals who are passionate about open-source software and committed to supporting your professional growth.

Core responsibilities

• Translate complex interface designs into functional style guide components and custom Drupal themes that elevate our clients' digital presence.
• Lead the front-end development process by articulating technical visions to both our internal team and our clients.
• Drive innovation by staying at the forefront of usability trends, interactive design, and front-end frameworks like React, while contributing your own expertise back to the open-source community.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should be a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in building web solutions. We look for the following qualifications:

• Expertise in CSS and HTML5, with a deep understanding of mobile and desktop styling techniques.
• Intermediate proficiency in JavaScript, including experience with modern frameworks and end-to-end user interface development.
• Solid grasp of responsive design, web accessibility, and browser-specific limitations.
• Experience with Git for version control.
• Familiarity with Drupal, Twig, and front-end implementation within CMS platforms is highly valued.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills, paired with a positive and collaborative attitude.
