- Foster team growth and performance through regular one-on-one meetings, proactive career coaching, and the cultivation of a culture built on psychological safety, trust, and candid communication.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong foundation in both technology and people management. We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 8 years of industry experience, including a proven track record in technical leadership or management.

- Exceptional communication and analytical skills, with the ability to document complex ideas clearly and guide teams of four or more employees effectively.
- Fluency in English.
What's in it for you?
We are committed to the well-being of our employees and offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your personal and professional life:
- Remote work flexibility that allows you to work from anywhere.
- 100% covered health care, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- 401k program with company matching.
- Generous paid time off, covering vacation, sick time, and holidays.
- A focus on work-life balance with schedules that respect your local time zone.
