You will join Navix as our next Developer Team Lead, guiding a remote full-stack team that builds and maintains the document-management platform used by some of the largest logistics companies in North America. Our product helps these organizations streamline customer onboarding and ongoing support, and we are looking for a leader who enjoys turning ideas into reliable, production-ready software while fostering a collaborative, pragmatic culture.
What you'll be doing
- Lead the daily work of the development team by setting priorities, assigning tasks, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Guide technical decisions across the stack, reviewing code, establishing quality standards, and mentoring developers so the team continues to grow its capabilities.
- Act as the primary technical contact for product managers and other stakeholders, translating business needs into clear plans and keeping everyone informed on progress and risks.
What you'll bring
- At least three years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment and five years working with C# and .NET Core; familiarity with Angular is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, DevOps practices, and cloud services, plus a solid grasp of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, comfort working remotely with asynchronous, document-driven collaboration, and a proven ability to motivate teams while managing multiple projects at once.
- An ownership mindset, data-driven decision making, and the analytical skills needed to architect scalable solutions that deliver real business value.
What you'll get
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance with 100 % of medical premiums covered for employees, plus life, disability, and 401k benefits.
- 20 days of paid time off each year and a supportive culture that encourages you to use it.
- The freedom to work fully remote from anywhere, with two company-wide in-person retreats each year to build connections and align on goals.
- Core hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. CST, and the autonomy to shape your own workspace and tools so you can do your best work.
