We're building the automation layer that powers document retrieval and freight auditing for third-party logistics companies and brokers across the country. Our SaaS platform turns manual workflows into scalable, AI-driven processes that speed up cash cycles and surface hidden spend insights. If you thrive on shipping production code that actually moves the needle for large logistics operations, this is the place to lead.
Role at a glance
We are hiring a Developer Team Lead on a full-time basis. This is a senior position that can be performed from anywhere on a fully remote basis.
Your impact
- Lead, hire, mentor, and grow a full-stack development team while setting clear expectations and fostering a collaborative, high-output environment.
- Own project planning, task assignment, scheduling, and delivery so features ship on time, within scope, and aligned with stakeholder needs across product and operations.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for cross-functional partners, translating requirements, sharing progress, and ensuring the final product meets real business goals.
What you'll need
You bring at least five years of experience in a B2B SaaS setting and three years working with C# and .NET Core. Angular experience is a plus. You are fluent in full-stack development, comfortable with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL, and familiar with DevOps practices and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. You have a solid grasp of Agile and Scrum methodologies, use data to guide decisions, and communicate clearly in English. You value autonomy, own outcomes end-to-end, and are excited to work asynchronously in a remote, document-driven culture.
Perks and compensation
We offer comprehensive benefits that include medical, dental, and vision insurance with 100% of medical premiums covered for employees, a 401k with match, life and disability insurance, and 20 days of paid time off. You will also enjoy two annual in-person employee retreats, flexible and sustainable working hours with core hours Monday through Friday 8:00–5:00 pm CST, and the freedom to choose the environment that maximizes your productivity.
