Role at a glance
We are looking for a Developer Success Engineer to join our team of 20 plus employees. This is a full-time, mid-level position that can be performed remotely from anywhere. You will be the primary technical advocate for our users, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed with our cross-channel notification platform.
Your impact
- Act as the main technical point of contact for our customers, managing everything from enterprise calls to daily support inquiries via Slack and email.
- Guide developers through their entire journey with Knock, assisting with everything from high-level system architecture to specific code implementation.
- Create high-quality technical content, including documentation, sample applications, and guides, to help our users implement best practices.
What you'll need
- At least 2 years of experience in developer support or a similar technical role, ideally within an early-stage startup or a developer-focused company.
- A strong background as a technical generalist with the ability to discuss complex architecture and product features with ease.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as JavaScript, Ruby, Python, Go, or Java.
- Exceptional writing skills and a genuine passion for solving open-ended problems for technical users.
- Fluency in English.
