Developer Relations Manager at Injective Labs

The role

We are looking for a Developer Relations Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a mid-level position for someone with a deep background in the DeFi space who is passionate about building and supporting a thriving ecosystem. You will serve as the bridge between our engineering team and the developers building on our platform, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed.

Core responsibilities

• Build and cultivate strong relationships with developers, dApp teams, and ecosystem partners to drive collaboration and platform integration.
• Provide high-quality technical support by troubleshooting integration challenges and answering complex technical queries.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, tutorials, and sample code to empower developers to build effectively on our infrastructure.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience within the DeFi industry, preferably with another Layer 1 blockchain.
• Deep expertise in smart contract development, blockchain protocols, and ecosystem tooling, with familiarity with Coswasm being highly desirable.
• Proven success in developer relations or technical evangelism, with a demonstrated ability to drive adoption and engagement.
• Excellent communication skills, allowing you to explain intricate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
