About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Developer Relations Manager for the Americas region to join our Developer Marketing team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will serve as a primary advocate for our developer community, ensuring that builders have the support, resources, and technical guidance they need to succeed with Circle’s products. You will act as the face of our organization, bridging the gap between our technical teams and the developers who are building the future of the Web3 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive engagement strategies that drive developer growth and align with our broader go-to-market objectives.
• Create high-quality educational content and lead technical workshops to help developers build applications using our tools and services.
• Represent Circle at industry conferences and local meetups, acting as a trusted technical resource and community leader for builders in the crypto and blockchain space.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional experience in developer relations, software engineering, or a similar technical field, preferably within the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Strong hands-on development skills, including the ability to build functional demos and prototypes when necessary.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 30 percent of the time to engage with communities across various locations.

Location

This position is remote and can be performed from anywhere in the Americas.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $145,000 to $193,000 USD. In addition to base pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and long-term success:
