If you are passionate about the intersection of AI and Web3, Cere offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of decentralized data infrastructure. We are a scale-up dedicated to the vision that all data should be decentralized, providing an open-source solution to the fragmentation caused by modern multi-vendor systems. Since our launch in 2019, we have been backed by major industry players like Binance Labs, Republic Labs, and Polygon. We are looking for a Developer Relations Lead who wants to be challenged, thrives in technical environments, and possesses a proven track record in onboarding and converting developers.
What you'll be doing
- Lead and mentor our community team to identify and engage high-potential members, while building robust incentivization programs for both moderators and the broader community.
- Drive developer engagement by activating contributors on GitHub, prioritizing key repositories, and managing our ecosystem developer program to encourage building on the Cere tech stack.
- Act as a bridge between our community and our internal engineering teams, ensuring that feedback flows in real-time and that our technical vision is clearly communicated to our partners and users.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in engineering and a deep understanding of decentralized systems. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 2 years of hands-on engineering experience within the Web3 space.
- A solid grasp of blockchain technology and decentralized storage networks.
- Exceptional written communication skills, as you will be collaborating across our global team using tools like Slack and Notion.
- A growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
- Fluency in English.
- Previous experience with hackathons, grant programs, or Web3 community management is considered a plus.
What you'll get
We are a high-performance, multicultural team operating primarily in a remote capacity. You will enjoy the following benefits:
- Full-time remote work flexibility.
- The opportunity to work with a global team that values autonomy, transparency, and accountability.
- The chance to travel and meet your colleagues in person periodically to foster collaboration.
Please note that we are only accepting direct applications for this position and are not working with recruiters or agencies.
