What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Developer Relations Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role where you will serve as a key bridge between our internal teams and the external developer community. You will be responsible for supporting the adoption of our API ecosystem in enterprise environments and helping us lay the groundwork for a robust developer community.
What will you do?
- Provide technical guidance and support to partner engineers as they implement and integrate with our API ecosystem.
- Create high-quality technical content, including documentation, tutorials, code samples, and integration guides to accelerate API adoption.
- Gather and synthesize feedback from developers to inform our product roadmap and collaborate with product teams to ensure our features meet real-world needs.
What makes you a great fit?
You should have a strong technical background with at least 3 years of experience in developer relations, API evangelism, or technical consulting. We are looking for someone who can communicate effectively with both highly technical developers and non-technical stakeholders. Your toolkit should include:
- Proficiency in high-level programming languages and a solid understanding of software development life cycles.
- Hands-on experience with API integration, cloud platforms, and modern web technologies.
- A proven track record of building developer communities and managing advocacy programs.
- Familiarity with version control systems, business intelligence tools, and B2B marketing concepts.
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
What's in it for you?
The base compensation range for this position is $93,000 to $139,000, depending on your location and experience. Beyond the paycheck, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your well-being:
- Medical and vision insurance coverage.
- A dedicated mental wellness budget.
- A 401k plan to help you save for the future.
- Life and disability insurance.
- Flexible time off and a hybrid work environment to support a healthy work-life balance.
