We are a remote-first company with over 1,000 employees worldwide, and we are looking for a Senior Developer Productivity Engineer to help us empower our engineering teams to deliver high-quality software with ease.
Responsibilities
- Improve our internal development tools and overall developer experience to accelerate shipping cycles.
- Build automation for manual workflows and processes that span multiple systems.
- Increase visibility into complex pipelines and opaque development processes.
- Evaluate and implement both in-house and third-party solutions to solve technical bottlenecks.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure our systems remain reliable and available.
- Identify and resolve inefficiencies in our software delivery lifecycle.
Must-haves
- At least 3 years of professional experience in SRE, DevOps, or Software Development.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with AWS or Google Cloud.
- Proficiency with code deployment and configuration management tools like Terraform, Puppet, Ansible, or Chef.
- Strong experience working with Git and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across development, operations, and business units.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
- Background in creating BI dashboards and custom tooling.
- Familiarity with service-based architectures.
- Experience conducting load and stress testing.
- A creative, flexible approach to problem-solving and a comfort level with high-communication environments.
