About the Role

We are looking for a Developer Lead to join us in a full-time capacity. In this position, you will serve as a key driver in delivering features for our platform while working within a cross-functional agile development team. You will be responsible for guiding and mentoring team members, ensuring our software meets high standards of quality, and aligning your team’s output with our broader architectural objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a Scrum team by facilitating agile ceremonies and stand-ups to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Translate complex business requirements from senior stakeholders into clear technical requirements for your development team.
• Establish a strong culture of code quality by implementing best practices for secure, well-documented, and high-performance software development.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• More than 8 years of experience in commercial software development, with at least 4 years spent in a leadership role.
• Extensive expertise in Java, JEE, and building applications on SQL databases.
• Proven experience developing large-scale cloud-based web applications and SaaS applications.
• Strong knowledge of microservices architectures, CI/CD practices, and architectural design patterns.
• Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to communicate technical needs to non-technical stakeholders.
