What you bring
We are looking for a Senior Developer Experience Engineer to join us on a full-time basis. As a remote team member, you will focus on ensuring that our suite of products is a joy to use for developers everywhere. Your role will involve deep technical work across our supported languages and frameworks, and you will be instrumental in shaping how our users interact with our platform. You will be based remotely, working with a team that values high-quality engineering and open-source contributions.
- Develop and maintain our SDKs and various open-source projects to ensure they are robust and easy to use.
- Create comprehensive example applications and documentation that demonstrate how to integrate our tools effectively.
- Build and refine developer-focused tooling, such as our CLI, to streamline the experience for our users.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have at least five years of professional software development experience, with a proven track record of shipping and maintaining SDKs or open-source projects. We value candidates who possess expert-level proficiency in languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python, along with experience in modern web frameworks. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you can take ownership of projects and drive them forward based on customer impact. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and a genuine passion for building great developer products. Fluency in English is required to collaborate effectively with our global team.
What we offer
