What you'll be doing
- Design and maintain a central developer portal to serve as a hub for resource management, enabling your colleagues to provision infrastructure through self-service workflows.
- Build and optimize highly automated CI/CD pipelines and ephemeral environment solutions that allow for rapid testing, deployment, and feedback cycles.
- Implement robust observability, alerting, and infrastructure as code practices to ensure our systems remain secure, scalable, and reliable.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in platform engineering and a passion for automation. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS, and a mastery of Kubernetes and microservices architectures.
- Proficiency in modern CI/CD tools, such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD, and extensive experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Bash, or Go.
- Hands-on experience with observability platforms like Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Professional proficiency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, as you will be working within a multicultural team.
- A product mindset, where you view your internal tools as products and your fellow engineers as your primary customers.
