The role

We are looking for a Senior Developer Enablement Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere. In this role, you will focus on reducing complexity and improving development velocity by creating self-service solutions and establishing engineering best practices. You will be a key contributor in a collaborative, high-impact environment where you can refine your skills while helping our engineering organization scale effectively.

Core responsibilities

• Design and implement innovative solutions that actively reduce engineering drag and streamline our development workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to define and execute a roadmap that addresses current productivity challenges.
• Build internal processes and tools that enhance overall developer experience, quality, and system reliability.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable working in a distributed environment and possess a strong collaborative mindset. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Deep experience working with engineers to solve real-world problems and a desire to provide timely, effective solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Go and comfort working within UNIX environments.
• Experience with front-end technologies, specifically JavaScript and CSS, for building complex web applications.
• The ability to deliver high-quality work independently and a commitment to mentoring coworkers through pair programming and code reviews.
• Excellent communication skills and an empathetic, respectful approach to decision-making.

Compensation and benefits

We offer a starting salary range of $145,000 to $160,000 USD, which is subject to market rate adjustments based on your experience. Our benefits package is designed to support your life and professional growth, including:
