Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Developer Content Engineer to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis within the United States. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our cutting-edge engineering and our growing user base, ensuring that developers can master the Ray ecosystem and the Anyscale platform with ease.
Your impact
- Design and execute a comprehensive documentation strategy that clarifies complex machine learning workflows, including training, tuning, and serving.
- Collaborate directly with product and engineering teams to produce technical feature announcements, usage examples, and blog content that drives platform adoption.
- Act as a user advocate by analyzing critical user journeys and improving the overall developer experience through documentation, search, and self-service tools.
What you'll need
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Four to six years of relevant professional experience.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning and Deep Learning architectures.
- Strong proficiency in Python, along with practical experience in MLOps, DevOps, Docker, and cloud-based virtualization.
- The ability to learn Ray quickly and build functional applications using its various libraries.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for audiences ranging from individual engineers to executives.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
