We are looking for a Senior Desktop Technician to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. Responsibilities
- Manage our fleet of over 200 workstations by overseeing hardware inventory, forecasting equipment needs based on lifecycle data, and coordinating logistics for provisioning and replacements.
- Act as a Tier 2/3 escalation point to resolve complex technical issues, mentor junior staff, and identify opportunities to automate processes or improve resolution rates.
- Ensure our infrastructure remains compliant and audit-ready by maintaining detailed documentation for SOC2 and HIPAA standards and supporting our IT scorecard initiatives.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- At least 5 years of experience in endpoint support, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior or lead position.
- Deep technical proficiency in Windows 10, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Intune, MDM solutions, and ITSM platforms like ServiceDesk Plus.
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage large endpoint fleets and maintain precise documentation.
- Relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or ITIL Foundation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work onsite at our headquarters as part of our hybrid schedule.
What we offer
