The role
We are looking for a Senior Desktop Support professional to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position based in the United States, where you will play a vital role in keeping our hardware and software systems running smoothly. We need someone with deep technical expertise who can take ownership of our desktop environment and ensure high levels of service for all staff members.
Core responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our desktop systems, including comprehensive patching and imaging processes to keep machines secure and up to date.
- Provide expert technical support for a variety of office hardware, specifically focusing on the maintenance and troubleshooting of printers and scanners.
- Oversee the administration of our Windows environment to ensure optimal performance and stability for all users.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in technical support and a commitment to operational excellence. We require the following qualifications:
- At least 4 years of professional experience in desktop service and support.
- Advanced proficiency in patching and imaging workflows.
- Hands-on experience maintaining and repairing office peripherals like printers and scanners.
