What you'll be doing
- You will provide comprehensive hardware and software support to our users, managing both remote and on-site requests to ensure seamless operations.
- You will oversee the full lifecycle of end-user devices, including imaging, software deployment, provisioning for new hires, and deprovisioning during offboarding.
- You will manage our IT support ticketing queue, ensuring that all incidents are prioritized and resolved in alignment with our service level agreements.
What you'll bring

Your technical toolkit should include:
- Extensive experience supporting Windows 10 and O365 environments.
- A solid understanding of Active Directory infrastructure.
- Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Android and macOS devices.
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively engage with our global team.
